32. Larry will not be a good dad. He and Virgie are only looking into future money that Dannielynn might get. Which I am not sure the baby should get the estate money from the Marshall family. Larry has never had a good income, so why not cash in on money that does not even belong to him. Howard Stern is a good person, from a good family and does not deserve all the bad press. The media are after ratings only and don't care who they hurt. The attorney from Houston is the one that Howard should sue. He has said some terrible things about Howard on Fox with Greta. He is so stupid.

35. Will someone please acknowledge that it was ANNA NICOLE who stole the baby from Larry , not Howard. (Although he was the mastermind of the plan, no doubt) . What she did to Larry was so, so, so heinous that in the land of karma, now SHE is the one who will never see her daughter grow up.

Mr. OQuin sure changed his tune from LB being a "sperm doner" now to happy being the father.. do you think he is trying to make Virgie look like a Victom now and that she never intended to get custody! When I heard it right from OQuins mouth he was going for Custody before for Virgie! Things sure changed now that he knows how much that woman is not liked !

37. Vergie is just clamouring for her final moments of attention. Gandparents have no rights when a parent is still alive, visitation is a priviledge granted by the parents. Where she gets off looking for partial custody I have no idea. I'll be glad when her fat mug and crocodile tears are no longer on my television set.

I was wrong on the age, so she did raise him till the age of 6 and where was ANNA? ANS was getting hooked on drugs and her career. I am sure Virgie is just playing out this till the end to keep Howard away who enabled the drugs to Daniel and to ANS. I truly believe if daniel would have stayed with grandma he would still be alive today and out of an enviroment so toxic and full of drugs. ANyhow.. glad Larry found out and I wish them luck and hope the blood line family members get to know each other and build a family life of visits with each other. I am sure Dannielynn will want to know who her immediate family is especially now .Virgie is the closest thing dannielynn will have to compare her mother to or to ask questions about as she grows up.

42. Larry Birkhead is a class act! He comes from a big family & Dannielynn's little cousins were in the Bahamas yesterday to support her Dad. This looks like a real family but more importantly is Larry Birkhead will never regret his fight & I can't imagine a litlle girl having a more loving father who would go to parenting classes even though Anna's prescription drug addiction became the controlling interest in her life ... what a sad ending.

I think of Larry & Virgie who (like her of not) begged Anna to get off the drugs and be careful of who is around you. I think of them like loving parents who warn their child not to run out in the street - be careful - you might be next - you might get run over - be careful!

Unfortunately Anna & Howard K. Stern ran to another country and manipulated people - the only people who were with them on a "service" level were the docs who would write the prescriptions & the people who would agree with their theories and only said YES to them.

I feel very sorry for Howard & his family.

Larry is Dannileynn's father & before long it will not matter what we say or think, he will be able to raise her in the light of day - with love all around her. Larry Birkhead will be in charge.

As far as TMZ.com getting anything wrong about Virgie, it will probably be Friday before Virgie would drop some of her custody battles & most reporters on TV are saying the same thing - they can't make up something - they can't make up a story that Virgie has dropped the custody request in the courts - they can only report what they know - remember Howard's attorney, Lin Wood & HKS are threatening the media now - HKS needs Lin Wood to give him intelligent advice for a change but the threats seem silly to me.

43. Virgie said that she "just wants to be a grandmother". Larry will do the right thing. Howard should BACK OFF NOW! He can't control what Larry does with his baby. Howard needs to be worried about the death inquest coming up.

I know that Howard hates Virgie but ... that's HIS problem. Careful now Howard you don't want to tarnish your image. LOL

44. I am sure that even if LArry dosent get the estate money , he will be very pleased regardless to raise his kid. A lot ppl do even on welfare. Money isnt everything. LArry sure is Darling and seems genuine. ANna sure knew how to pick the real sweet ones.

45. Virgie has repeatedly said that she was going to fight for dual custody -- Listen to the news conference yesterday again. Selective hearing? She wants that child because child=money. How many kids are out there in the world with no $$ attached and they are UNWANTED.....This woman needs to pay her lawyer in the Bahamas and get her self back to TEXAS.
